Confirm the next destination
Cargo from the same booth may return to the factory, go to a customer or move to the next exhibition. Organize the list by destination to avoid mixing shipments at the last minute during move-out.
Confirm packaging and empty-crate arrangements
If the original packaging needs to be kept, confirm in advance who is responsible for storage and retrieval. If repacking is needed, confirm the materials, working conditions and charges beforehand.
Align collection with the move-out window
Use the notices for the specific event to confirm operating windows and vehicle arrangements. Align the time when packing will be complete with the vehicle collection time, and identify whom to notify for coordination if an issue arises.
Complete the checks and handover
Check package counts, destinations and outer packaging condition item by item, and retain handover documents confirmed by both parties. After transport is completed, proof of delivery and service status can be viewed through the functions actually available on the Perlon Smart Exhibition Logistics Platform.
