Perlon coordinates access documents, bookings, the official handler and on-site handling. Scope and included charges are reviewed before work is arranged under the event rules.

Speak to a coordinator ↗Tell your Perlon coordinator the exhibition, cargo and arrival date in advance. Perlon assesses local receiving and storage resources and confirms the address, time window, conditions and charges before dispatch. Perlon remains your point of contact, including for overseas enquiries.
Perlon can coordinate with the official handler under the rules for that exhibition. Required on-site operations are arranged through the authorised parties. Access documents, equipment, work scope and included charges are confirmed for your project.
Where agreed in advance, you can leave after completing the required item checks and handover. Confirm cargo condition, packing, destination, responsibilities and any dismantling that you must complete. Perlon then coordinates the agreed packing, collection and return work.
The quotation identifies the agreed inclusions, optional work, venue charges and conditions for additional fees. Applicable cooperation arrangements may help optimise total cost; savings are not guaranteed. Insurance requires separate confirmation of coverage and terms.
