Cargo arrives early. Plan the receiving first.
If the venue cannot yet receive cargo or you have not arrived, discuss advance receiving with Perlon. Project-specific receiving, temporary storage and venue delivery connect transport timing to move-in.
YOUR REQUIREMENTS
Advance receiving connects long-distance arrivals to the venue's receiving window. Dispatch only to the address, contact and time confirmed for your project, rather than sending cargo to an office or an unconfirmed venue receiving point.

Contact Perlon in advance. Your coordinator assesses local receiving, storage and delivery conditions and confirms the location, window, charges and scope before dispatch. Perlon remains your point of contact, so you do not need to source local storage providers yourself.
Tell Perlon what you need. Your advisor reviews the exhibition, cargo and timing with you and confirms the scope, handover location and charges. Related stages can also be coordinated.
