Tell us about fragile parts, weight distribution, stacking restrictions and special handling needs. Check the packing, vehicle and equipment requirements before arrangements are confirmed.
Check package counts and visible condition at collection, arrival and move-out. Keep the cargo list, packing photographs and acknowledged handover records together.
If you need insurance, confirm who arranges it, the insurer, insured party, cargo, declared value, route and coverage period. An enquiry or logistics quotation does not confirm insurance is in force.
Read the actual policy and endorsements. Check loading and unloading, transfers, pre-show storage, movement inside the venue, exhibition-period storage and return transport, as well as limits, deductibles, exclusions and special conditions.
Put personal safety first and take reasonable steps to prevent further loss. Contact Perlon promptly. If insured, follow the insurer’s notification requirements and preserve cargo, packing, photographs, handover and value records for inspection.
Share cargo and contact details through the agreed business channel. Public images should conceal private customer information. Customers access only their authorised information through the platform.
Before you ship
Do not assume automatic cover. Confirm the agreed arrangements and insurance documents before dispatch. This website does not confirm insurance for any shipment.
Check them separately. A declared-value service name alone does not prove insurance exists. Review its service terms and any insurance confirmation documents.
Check each stage against the actual policy. Do not assume pre-show warehousing, display-period storage, on-site handling or return transport is included.
No automatic link should be assumed. Pricing plans are sales arrangements; Perlon coordinates the actual resources. A pricing name does not automatically provide that brand’s insurance or compensation terms.
A cargo list, individual values, packing details, fragile parts, transport route, storage and handling stages, and dates. Confirm the applicable terms before the cargo moves.
