Three points to clarify before move-out
For exhibitors preparing to move materials out of a venue, Perlon suggests confirming:
What is leaving: prepare a list of items and accessories, and distinguish materials returning from those staying or going elsewhere.
How it needs to be packed: confirm cartons, cushioning and securing methods against the characteristics of the items. Stretch wrap alone is not a complete transport packaging solution for every item.
Where it goes and who receives it: identify the onsite handover contact, destination, receiving window and special requirements so that movement out of the hall connects with onward transport.
