Define the handover location first
“Delivery to the venue” may mean arrival at a vehicle holding area, designated unloading point or receiving warehouse. “Delivery to the booth” also involves handling inside the venue and final handover. State the agreed delivery location when requesting a quote or commissioning the service.
Check vehicle and on-site arrangements
Entry documents, appointments, operating windows, access routes and available equipment must be confirmed against the notices and actual arrangements for the specific event. Perlon can coordinate these requirements, but listing an exhibition does not establish that Perlon holds all necessary on-site operating permissions.
State what the plan includes
Road transport, unloading, equipment use, manual handling, unpacking and repacking may fall under different service scopes. Have Perlon confirm which items are included and which are charged separately, so that a transport quote is not mistaken for the full cost of on-site services.
