Check the two sets of official exhibition dates
The bauma CHINA official opening-hours page lists 23–26 November 2026 for the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center and 24–27 November 2026 for Shanghai New International Expo Centre. This edition therefore has different destination venues and dates.
Specify the exact transport destination
When preparing a logistics request, record the venue, hall and booth as well as the exhibition name. The shorthand “bauma Shanghai” is not a substitute for the specific receiving address at either venue.
Exhibition dates are not receiving windows
Official exhibition dates describe the event schedule. Check the notices for this edition separately for setup, vehicle entry, unloading appointments, receiving and move-out windows. Do not infer these windows from the opening date before they have been formally confirmed.
