No. Dates below are exhibition dates. Confirm build-up, receiving, unloading and move-out windows from the current edition notices.

Can the shipment go directly to the stand?

Confirm the quoted delivery point, hall handling and receiver. Arrival at the venue, unloading and stand handover may be separate stages.

How do I request a Perlon freight plan?

Provide the show, hall and stand, collection point, package count, packed dimensions and weights, and return plan. An advisor can then confirm the available scope and costs.

EIMA lists several entrances including Costituzione, Moro and Michelino. The West visitor entrance is not automatically a freight address; confirm the receiving destination before dispatch.

Describe agricultural and gardening machinery as it will ship: dimensions, weights, removable parts and packaging. Confirm securing and protection before loading.

Plan delivery and the next destination

Include arrival timing, packaging storage and the post-show destination in the enquiry. Confirm handovers for return, storage or onward exhibition transport separately.
