2026 venue relocation

GITEX has announced its 2026 move to Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. Do not reuse prior-edition addresses or instructions.

Describe technology display components

Describe servers, screens, interactive devices and battery-containing exhibits with their packing, so transport and handling conditions can be assessed.

Use the current expo handover arrangements

The expo runs December 8–11 and the summit is on December 7. Confirm build-up, unloading and move-out separately.

Frequently asked logistics questions

Can Expo City and DWTC be treated as one location?

No. They have separate addresses and exhibition associations in this directory.

Can a summit pass authorize freight access?

No such assumption should be made. Confirm freight and unloading arrangements separately.

Can equipment move onward to another country?

Provide the next destination, cargo and timing so an advisor can assess scope and handover conditions.
