Addresses identify the venue, not the authorized freight entrance or default receiving point. Confirm vehicle access, unloading and bookings against the edition’s notices and agreed arrangements.

Use full venue and hall identifiers

Contact addresses and entrances serve different purposes. Add the edition’s consignee and freight check-in location to the instructions.

Separate rolls, samples and machinery

For textile rolls, record lengths and moisture protection; for consumer goods, case counts and fragile items; for machines, weights and handling conditions.

Keep inventories for successive shows

If storing between shows, record quantities received, the next event and its contact to avoid mixing shipments.

Do Heimtextil and Ambiente share dates?

No. Select the relevant edition separately in the exhibition directory.

Can transport cost be based only on stand area?

No. Cargo dimensions, weights, origin, timing and handling scope are needed.

Do locally retained samples affect return planning?

Yes. Update quantities and the inventory before confirming the return movement.
