Las Vegas exhibition logistics

For a Las Vegas exhibition, confirm the venue, local dates and US receiving arrangements. Start with Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and the handover between international freight and local handling.

Confirm before planningHall / Stand / Receiving window

Addresses identify the venue, not the authorized freight entrance or default receiving point. Confirm vehicle access, unloading and bookings against the edition’s notices and agreed arrangements.

01

Name the complete receiving destination

List the venue, hall and stand in your shipping requirements. The LVCC address identifies a location. Confirm the actual cargo handover point, any advance warehouse and on-site receiving window for your edition.

02

Plan backwards using the venue’s local calendar

Las Vegas follows Pacific Time. Include the local date, time zone and receiving contact when coordinating with teams in China. Work backwards from a confirmed cargo receiving window and allow time for packing, documentation checks and adjustments.

03

Agree each international and on-site handover

Provide the cargo description, dimensions, weight, packing, origin and post-show destination. Agree international freight, US receiving, storage and on-site service scopes separately, including local requirements, responsibilities and charges. Perlon availability depends on the confirmed project.
