Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) logistics guide

Las Vegas Convention Center is operated by the LVCVA. International exhibitors should confirm their hall, local receiving window and on-site service requirements. Venue photographs and a published address do not replace edition-specific freight instructions.

Addresses identify the venue, not the authorized freight entrance or default receiving point. Confirm vehicle access, unloading and bookings against the edition’s notices and agreed arrangements.

01

Confirm the hall before the freight handover

LVCC includes multiple halls and outdoor areas. This photograph shows West Hall during CES 2025. The WOC 2027 areas page lists Central, North and South Halls plus Silver and Bronze Lots; the West Hall photograph is not a WOC hall assignment.

02

Check on-site requirements for the edition

The venue website links to its Facility Guide and Exhibitor Appointed Contractor permit application. The responsible operators should check applicable requirements before agreeing vehicle arrival, unloading equipment, personnel and stand handover. This guide does not establish an on-site permit for Perlon.

03

Plan receiving and move-out separately

Education, exhibition opening and logistics operations may follow different dates. Schedule vehicles and personnel against confirmed receiving and move-out notices. Agree empty-case handling, repacking, collection contacts and the next destination as part of the same plan.

General planning advice is separate from edition-specific rules. Historical material does not establish current access permission.
