The address needs an area, hall and stand

The official contact address is 382 Yuejiang Zhong Road. Collection instructions, package labels and handover records should also identify the edition, phase and stand, with the agreed receiving contact. A general postal address is not a freight entrance.

Create a cargo plan for each phase

A Canton Fair edition can contain several phases. Identify cargo, display locations and move-in and move-out plans for each phase. Confirm storage and transfer arrangements during changeovers separately; goods cannot be assumed to remain in place.

Separate unloading, stand delivery and empty-package collection

Agree the vehicle handover point, responsibility for unloading, handling equipment and delivery scope to the stand. Then arrange empty-package storage and collection for move-out. Site permissions depend on current instructions and confirmed arrangements.

Frequently asked logistics questions

Can cargo for all three phases arrive at the complex together?

Do not assume this is possible. Check receiving windows by phase. If goods arrive early, confirm storage, subsequent transfers and charges first.

Is the venue address also the unloading entrance?

No. The address identifies the complex. Check the actual freight entrance, vehicle documents and unloading window against current instructions.

Can I arrange a vehicle at the last minute for move-out?

Agree the collection window, packing completion, handover contact and destination in advance. A vehicle arriving at the site does not by itself have access or cargo-release permission.
