Keep venue and office addresses separate
The official contact page lists 333 Songze Avenue, 168 East Yinggang Road, 111 Laigang Road and 1888 Zhuguang Road for different sides. They identify locations, not automatically authorized freight entrances. Perlon's Room 709A is an office contact location.

Public opening dates do not replace move-in, receiving, vehicle access or move-out windows. For CIIE, confirm the edition's exhibitor notices and receiving requirements for your section before coordinating storage and transfers.
Agree the handover checklist before arrival
Provide hall and stand, package count, dimensions and weights, vehicle details, access documents and receiving contact through approved business channels. Do not post private client or internal information publicly.
