Addresses identify the venue, not the authorized freight entrance or default receiving point. Confirm vehicle access, unloading and bookings against the edition’s notices and agreed arrangements.
Distinguish the Hongqiao and Pudong destinations
NECC lists 333 Songze Avenue; SNIEC is at 2345 Longyang Road in Pudong, and SWEECC at 1099 Guozhan Road. Confirm the venue name, hall, stand and agreed receiving point together.
One edition can use more than one venue
bauma CHINA 2026 lists both SWEECC and SNIEC with different opening dates. Use the specific occurrence below and keep the dates for each venue separate.
Confirm storage, transfers and on-site work separately
Arrival in Shanghai is not stand delivery. Confirm whether goods first go to an agreed warehouse, when they are released, and who handles unloading and hall delivery. Perlon's office is Room 709A in Office Building B at NECC; it is not a default cargo receiving address.
