How early should I dispatch to a Shanghai exhibition?

Work backwards from the confirmed receiving window, allowing for packing, collection, transport, transfers and suitable contingency. There is no universal lead time for every Shanghai exhibition.

Can I send exhibits to the Perlon office?

Confirm the receiving location and conditions with an advisor first. The office is for business contact and does not automatically receive exhibits.

How are warehouse, venue and stand deliveries priced?

These destinations can involve different transport and handling stages. Specify delivery point, cargo dimensions and weight, timing, unloading, hall handling and return needs before comparing total costs.

Shanghai exhibition logistics

Start your Shanghai logistics plan with the exact venue, then coordinate arrival, temporary storage and handover. NECC, SNIEC and SWEECC are separate destinations; an exhibition nickname is not a delivery address.

Confirm before planningHall / Stand / Receiving window

Addresses identify the venue, not the authorized freight entrance or default receiving point. Confirm vehicle access, unloading and bookings against the edition’s notices and agreed arrangements.

Distinguish the Hongqiao and Pudong destinations

NECC lists 333 Songze Avenue; SNIEC is at 2345 Longyang Road in Pudong, and SWEECC at 1099 Guozhan Road. Confirm the venue name, hall, stand and agreed receiving point together.

One edition can use more than one venue

bauma CHINA 2026 lists both SWEECC and SNIEC with different opening dates. Use the specific occurrence below and keep the dates for each venue separate.

Confirm storage, transfers and on-site work separately

Arrival in Shanghai is not stand delivery. Confirm whether goods first go to an agreed warehouse, when they are released, and who handles unloading and hall delivery. Perlon's office is Room 709A in Office Building B at NECC; it is not a default cargo receiving address.
