Shanghai New International Expo Centre logistics guide

SNIEC has multiple halls. Match your exhibition and hall with the agreed unloading arrangements, rather than using only the venue name as the final delivery point.

Addresses identify the venue, not the authorized freight entrance or default receiving point. Confirm vehicle access, unloading and bookings against the edition’s notices and agreed arrangements.

01

Specify the hall, not only the venue abbreviation

SNIEC's official information describes 17 ground-level halls. Identify the edition's hall, stand and handover point; do not assume one hall's loading arrangements apply to another.

02

Check worker credentials and vehicle arrangements separately

The venue provides worker credential and exhibitor portals. Worker credentials do not replace vehicle access or unloading arrangements. Confirm the applicable steps with the organizer and responsible on-site providers for the edition.

03

Check the destination for a multi-venue exhibition

For bauma CHINA 2026, SNIEC and SWEECC have different date ranges. Name the actual venue in collection instructions and use its occurrence to arrange receiving and move-out.
